He did not include the 3rd child in the complaint as OP previously told him he is not the father so client would like to request a DNA test before filing for custody of her. Client would also like a DNA test for the other two children. Client would like to have the children every other week. The two children are currently living with client. The 3rd child resides with the mother OP (mother).

OP inconsistencies with being there for support, and many times not able to transport their son to his events.
